The hotel was very well located. The rooms were very comfortable and the air conditioning worked fabulously well. The staff were very nice at checkin. The breakfast was fabulous. Overall a very good experience.

Exceptional service, this is exactly what a 5* hotel should be like! From the moment we arrived, we were treated perfectly - bags taken to our rooms with no fuss, fantastically knowledgeable concierge who helped us book restaurants and excursions, a beautiful bar and foyer area (with amazing air con which was so welcomed during this heatwave!) Our bedroom was clean, spacious bathroom, lovely bedding etc. The pool area was calm, with nice music playing and a great range of beds and loungers plus attentive pool-side service for drinks and snacks. This was one of the best hotel stays we’ve ever had, everything about this hotel felt luxurious and it made for such an enjoyable break.

Extremely satisfied with everything, in fact the hotel exceed my expectations as they went above & beyond to make sure my city break staying in Seville ha the most lovely experience. Every staff member was superb from the door keeper whom promptly action our luggages and car parking) to the check -in receptionist (RED LEVEL ) whose greeted by a cold refreshing cava the cleaning personal whose were fantastic keeping up the standard of cleanliness, the Lounge girl who kept indulging us with tapas & drinks & the amazing concierge who sort out our day tour on the cathedral as well an delicious dinner. To conclude the Colon Gran Meliá is FAULTLESS!!!!!!

all the staff were most friendly cheerful helpful. the lady named Neda and other staff made us feel special and cared for all 5 mornings. the concierge, the receptionists ❤️👍. the interiors beautiful, breakfast area was glamorous but gave soft relaxing feel, the view amazing, the smells luxurious. most important the room was absolutely sound proof!!! churches bells with view of the old town - breathtaking

Rooms were very comfy and fitted out. The location was good however there were some issues with footpaths outside your property and falling was a real hazard. Breakfast was fantastic. My wife fell and hurt her arm and got concussion, the staff were very good in administering first aid and also gave us bandages and bits for our journey home. (Note the fall was not on your premises however I just wanted to give the hotel staff credit for coming to our aid.

Loved breakfast and the service all over the hotel was fantastic. Rozanna at the concierge dealt with a crazy problem with booking.com over a rental car that was so far and away above and beyond that I am so grateful! I would have spent (and lost) a day of a 4 day holiday dealing with this problem. She was fantastic and gave fabulous recommendations for restaurants as did Ozcar at the concierge. The fellow in the red lounge on Saturday night and his manager also went above and beyond to make sure that I had snacks, which was a little hard because I am celiac- but they did brilliantly and there was already lots available. LOVE SEVILLE

As we arrived, staff took our luggage at the door and warmly welcomed us into a building that smells amazing. Hugely helpful reception staff who took our number and invited us to explore the city or stop for a drink as they organised rooms to be ready early. ( I had forgotten to do organise an early check in as we arrived at 9:30am) rooms are spotless and well equipped including snacks, slippers, hairdryer and even small things like shaving and toothbrush kits. perfect when travelling hand luggage only for a weekend. We took advantage of the small spa pool and my sister in law had a great massage. throughout our stay the warmth and hospitality of staff was fantastic. breakfast is extensive and food great quality. the wonderful staff, the lovely decor and a brilliant location make this a pretty perfect weekend stay in Seville. can’t recommend enough.

Overall the hotel is very good to exceptional in some aspects. All the staff is extremely nice and supportive, the rooms are large and comfortable, you get everything you need for a very good stay (toiletries, dental kit, bathrobes, slippers, etc). Rooms are very well cleaned every day, with small tokens of hospitality being offered daily (sweets). Breakfast is exceptional. Mattresses and pillows were very good as well, even for the 2nd bed. Location is exceptional. Valet service, although expensive, is a big plus.

Fantastic welcome by Concierge/reception staff who went out of their way to check our needs and ensure that we were comfortable and felt well looked after. It was lovely to be shown where everything was and to be invited to have a drink on arrival. Excellent service throughout our stay and very comfortable facilities in general. Our booking allowed access to the Red level lounge which provided us with exclusive use of a lounge area and gave us time to relax and refuel with hot and cold drinks and tapas snacks and fruit included from noon to ten pm each day. Excellent breakfast and restaurant and lovely perfume in the foyer area

Location was perfect to explore Seville. Attention to detail for my partner's birthday was a nice touch and made us feel welcome. Lobby area and evening entertainment was stylish and enjoyed. Views from the swimming pool / rooftop chilling area were fabulous, especially since it was such a warm difference to English March weather...! Restaurant - what a tasty selection of food and wine... have already recommended it to others!
